Refund policy

At Soni's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Period You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In their original packaging

Non-returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Earrings and accessories for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
